Candidzone is seeking an experienced quantity surveyor for a consultancy project in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have strong quantity surveying experience, a relevant degree, and proven experience working within a consultancy environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage quantity surveying and cost control activities for the project.
- Prepare and review quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates.
- Verify contractor valuations, variations, and payment applications.
- Review drawings, specifications, and contractual documents.
- Monitor project costs and provide accurate commercial reports.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Ensure quantities and costs comply with project requirements and standards.
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or quantity surveying.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
. - Proven experience working in a consultancy environment
. - Strong knowledge of quantity surveying, measurement, and cost control.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- Candidates should be available for the specified project duration.
