Construction Project Manager

We are a leading construction company based in Doha, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should be an Indian national with strong English speaking skills and a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing construction projects.

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to execution
• Develop project timelines, budgets and resource allocation plans
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project progress and quality standards are met
• Monitor and track project progress, identify potential issues and implement solutions
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure project is on track and safety protocols are being followed
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
• Manage project budget and approve expenses
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and building codes

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager
• Experience working on large scale projects
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Proficient in project management software
• Knowledge of local construction laws, regulations and building codes

Salary: $900 per month
