- Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules, safety standards, and construction procedures.
- Oversee site activities for residential villas, commercial buildings, and high‑rise projects.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in structural and architectural works.
- Strong hands‑on site supervision and construction experience.
- Experience with residential villas, commercial buildings, or high‑rise projects.
- Valid Qatar UPDA/MMUP certification are mandatory.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential.
