We are looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor for an immediate deployment at Ras Laffan Industrial City (RLIC), Qatar
. The successful candidate must possess strong experience in Brownfield EPC retrofit, modification, and revamp projects within Oil & Gas facilities
.
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant Oil & Gas experience
- Proven experience in Brownfield EPC retrofit/modification projects within operating plants
- Strong understanding of HSE requirements in live operating facilities
- Ability to coordinate with Construction, Engineering, QA/QC, and Client representatives
- GCC/Qatar experience will be an added advantage
- Available for immediate mobilization
Experience supervising civil construction activities including:
- Foundations & Concrete Works
- Equipment Foundations
- Underground Utilities & Drainage
- Roads, Paving & Infrastructure Works
- Supervise and monitor daily civil construction activities.
- Ensure work execution complies with project specifications, drawings, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
- Coordinate site activities to achieve project schedules and milestones.
- Manage manpower, subcontractors, and resources effectively.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve construction-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with permit-to-work procedures in operational facilities.
