talabat is looking for a Specialist Real Estate and Construction to manage construction projects, site development and property-related activities supporting its cloud kitchen operations in Doha, Qatar. This role combines hands-on construction management with commercial real-estate coordination. You will oversee projects from design through completion, manage contractors and suppliers, evaluate construction costs and support the selection and leasing of new kitchen locations.

You will work closely with Legal, Finance, Procurement and Operations to ensure that construction projects meet technical requirements, remain within approved budgets and support the needs of the business. The position requires strong construction or engineering expertise, practical experience in cloud kitchen or food service operations and the ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders.
