Wedding Planner Assistant
As a wedding planner assistant, you will work closely with our experienced team to help plan and coordinate weddings in Doha. You will assist in all aspects of wedding planning, from venue selection to vendor coordination. This is an entry-level position suitable for those with a passion for event planning and a desire to learn and grow in the field.

• Assist senior wedding planners in all aspects of wedding planning
• Research and recommend potential venues for weddings
• Communicate with vendors and negotiate contracts
• Coordinate transportation and accommodations for clients and guests
• Prepare client proposals and budgets
• Attend site visits and meetings with clients
• Assist with on-site coordination during events
• Maintain organized files and records of all event details

• Fluent in English (Arabic language skills preferred but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Passion for event planning and willingness to learn from experienced professionals

• Salary:
  Starting at 1400$ per month, commensurate with experience.

  Doha, Qatar. This is an on-site position; remote work is not available.
• Accommodation:
  This position does not include accommodation. Candidates must have their own housing arrangements in Doha.
