Wedding Planner

As a wedding planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and planning all aspects of a wedding, from the initial consultation with the client to the execution of the event. This includes working closely with the couple to understand their vision and preferences, creating a budget and timeline, sourcing and coordinating with vendors, managing logistics, and ensuring all details are executed flawlessly on the day of the wedding.

• Meeting with clients to discuss their vision for their wedding and understand their preferences
• Creating a budget and timeline for the wedding
• Sourcing and coordinating with vendors such as caterers, florists, photographers, and musicians
• Assisting with contract negotiations and ensuring all necessary permits are obtained
• Overseeing logistics such as transportation, accommodations, and venue setup
• Managing guest lists and RSVPs
• Providing guidance on etiquette and traditions related to weddings
• Ensuring all details are executed flawlessly on the day of the wedding
• Handling any last-minute issues or emergencies that may arise during the planning process or on the day of the wedding

• Previous experience in event planning or coordination is preferred
• Knowledge of different cultural wedding traditions is a plus
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Creative problem-solving abilities

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of 1600$, along with accommodation. City:
Doha, Qatar. This position is open to candidates of all nationalities. English language proficiency is preferred but not required.
