Overview
Wedding Planner (Malayalee) for English-Speaking Clients in Doha, Qatar. We are seeking a talented and experienced Wedding Planner to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Wedding Planner for our company, you will be responsible for planning and executing weddings for English-speaking clients in the city. We particularly encourage Malayalee candidates to apply, as we believe they will be able to understand and cater to the cultural preferences of our clients.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences for their wedding day
- Source and negotiate with vendors, including venues, caterers, florists, musicians, etc.
- Create detailed event timelines and budget plans
- Coordinate all aspects of the wedding day, including setup, decorations, catering, entertainment, etc.
- Ensure all vendors are delivering services as promised and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the entire planning process
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and innovations to provide unique and creative ideas for weddings
- Fluency in English is a must; knowledge of Malayalam is highly preferred
- Proven experience as a Wedding Planner or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of local vendors and venues is an advantage
