Motion Graphic Designer

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in creating engaging motion graphics, animations, and visual content for social media platforms.
Knowledge and practical experience with AI tools is mandatory
, as the role requires integrating AI into the content creation workflow to improve speed, creativity, and efficiency.

• Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content for social media posts, reels, ads, and campaigns.
• Design visually appealing static and animated assets for platforms such as Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, You Tube, and Linked In.
• Use AI-powered tools (such as Adobe Firefly, Runway, Midjourney, Kaiber, or relevant software) to enhance design workflow and produce innovative content.
• Edit and assemble video footage, apply effects, transitions, sound design, and final visual enhancements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver creative concepts.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials.
• Optimize content for different social media formats and dimensions.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, animation styles, AI tools, and social media best practices.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time.

• Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or similar role.
• Strong skills in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent design tools.
• Mandatory experience with AI tools for design, animation, and content creation.
• Ability to create both static and animated social media content tailored for different platforms.
• Understanding of video formats, aspect ratios, and social media guidelines.
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, typography, timing, and composition.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and creativity.

• Experience in 3D animation (Blender, Cinema 4D) is a plus.
• Experience creating templates and reusable assets.
• Knowledge of branding, digital marketing, or advertising is an advantage.

• Strong proficiency in motion design, animation principles, and visual storytelling.
• Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other industry-standard tools.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for design, image/video generation, enhancement, and workflow automation (e.g., Runway, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Kaiber, Sora-style tools, etc.).
• Ability to create engaging social media content (posts, stories, reels, shorts, ads).
• Understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and content best practices.
• Solid knowledge of video editing, transitions, sound design, and color correction.
• Creative mindset with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual content.
• Strong typography, layout, and composition skills.
• Ability to work with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across assets.
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies, especially in AI and motion graphics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
