OverviewWe’re looking for a graphic designer to join our team at Needle Concept Store. The role is creative and hands‑on; you’ll be designing products and helping produce them in‑house.
Responsibilities- Create new product designs every month (apparel & merchandise).
- Prepare artwork for production.
- Operate and assist with DTF printing, embroidery machines, and minor laser cutting/engraving.
- Handle basic production tasks and quality checks.
- Work with the team to keep production moving on time.
- Solid graphic design skills, especially for print and products.
- Good knowledge of Illustrator & Photoshop.
- Machine experience is not required, but you must be willing to learn and operate machines.
- Comfortable working in a workshop/production environment.
- Reliable, organized, and able to deliver work consistently.
