Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Florist to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and communication skills, with a passion for floral design and the ability to manage events efficiently. Additionally, the candidate should be able to engage with clients and guests in a professional and personable manner.

As a florist, you’ll use your creativity and knowledge of floral varieties to design bouquets, centerpieces, and other floral displays. You’ll work with customers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring that each arrangement is perfect for the occasion. Attention to detail, artistic flair, and excellent customer service are key to success in this role.

• Design bouquets, centerpieces, and other floral displays for weddings, funerals, and special events.
• Advise customers on flower selection and create arrangements that meet their needs and preferences.
• Prepare and care for flowers, ensuring longevity and quality.
• Manage inventory, including ordering, storage, and cost control.
• Handle customer orders, process payments, and ensure satisfaction with final arrangements.
• Assist with event setup, tear-down, and coordination with other vendors.

• At least 2 years of experience as a florist.
• Strong understanding of flower types, design principles, and customer service.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Valid QID and readiness to start immediately.
• Updated CV; floral design certification is a plus.

The average salary for a florist in Qatar ranges from QAR 8,000 to QAR 15,000 per month, depending on experience and the employer. Senior florists or those in management positions may earn more. Benefits packages can vary, so it’s important to inquire during the application process.
