Good day, we are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Fashion Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, a passion for apparel development, and the ability to bring fresh ideas to our product line. You will work closely with production, embroidery, and sales teams to develop high-quality garments and custom designs.

• Create garment designs, sketches, and technical drawings
• Develop patterns, samples, and style specifications for production
• Select fabrics, trims, colors, and design elements for each collection
• Collaborate with tailors, cutters, and production teams to ensure accurate execution
• Conduct fittings and make adjustments to improve fit and quality
• Research fashion trends and incorporate them into new designs
• Prepare design sheets, mood boards, and tech packs for production
• Ensure quality, consistency, and brand standards in all finished garments
• Coordinate with management and clients for approvals and revisions

• Experience in designing garments, uniforms, and apparel collections
• Skilled in sketching, creating technical drawings, and preparing design sheets
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, patterns, garment construction, and finishing
