Job DescriptionGood day, we are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Fashion Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, a passion for apparel development, and the ability to bring fresh ideas to our product line. You will work closely with production, embroidery, and sales teams to develop high-quality garments and custom designs.
- Create garment designs, sketches, and technical drawings
- Develop patterns, samples, and style specifications for production
- Select fabrics, trims, colors, and design elements for each collection
- Collaborate with tailors, cutters, and production teams to ensure accurate execution
- Conduct fittings and make adjustments to improve fit and quality
- Research fashion trends and incorporate them into new designs
- Prepare design sheets, mood boards, and tech packs for production
- Ensure quality, consistency, and brand standards in all finished garments
- Coordinate with management and clients for approvals and revisions
- Experience in designing garments, uniforms, and apparel collections
- Skilled in sketching, creating technical drawings, and preparing design sheets
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, patterns, garment construction, and finishing
- Proficient in design software (Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel
DRAW) - Creative, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable about fashion trends
- Ability to work with tailors, cutters, and production teams
- Strong communication, presentation, and time-management skills
