Al Jazeera Medical Center is a leading multi-specialty healthcare provider in Qatar, dedicated to excellence in patient care and community health education. We are looking for a creative and dynamic professional to join our Marketing and Communications team to enhance our brand visibility and communication efforts across digital and print platforms.

The Videographer & Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and editing compelling visual content, primarily for digital channels, including social media, the institutional website, and internal communications. This role requires a strong combination of video production skills and graphic design expertise to effectively communicate our medical services, health campaigns, and institutional values.

Production:
Plan, film, and produce high-quality videos (interviews with doctors, service explainers, event coverage, promotional clips, etc.).

• Editing:
  Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging content, including color correction, sound mixing, adding motion graphics, and subtitling (Arabic and English).

Asset Management:
Maintain and organize a library of video and audio assets.

Design:
Create professional and visually appealing graphics for all platforms, including social media posts, website banners, email newsletters, presentations, and internal signage.

• Print Materials:
  Design traditional marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements, ensuring print-ready quality.
• Brand Consistency:
  Ensure all visual assets strictly adhere to Al Jazeera Medical Center's brand guidelines and maintain a professional, healthcare-focused aesthetic.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Filmmaking, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in a combined Videographer/Graphic Designer role, preferably within the healthcare, corporate, or communications sector.
• Software Proficiency (Expert Level Required):
  • Video:
    Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects (or equivalent professional editing/motion graphics suite).
  • Design:
    Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Proven ability to operate professional camera and audio equipment, set up lighting, and direct short-form content.
• Portfolio: A strong, professional portfolio showcasing diverse video and graphic design work is mandatory.
• Language:
  Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Arabic (especially for subtitling and cultural relevance) is highly preferred.
