This isn't your typical "edit videos" job.

We're looking for a creative, someone who knows how to make people feel something in under 10 seconds, and who understands that editing isn't just about transitions, it's about timing, tone, and taste.

What You'll Do

You'll be the engine behind Arkan's visual storytelling, crafting cinematic, high-impact content that connects.

• Edit Viral Content:
  Turn raw footage into engaging short-form videos (Reels, Tik Toks, Shorts) that hook fast and stay memorable.
• Cinematic Storytelling:
  Craft edits with flow, pacing, and emotion, not just cuts. You know how to make a viewer feel a story.
• Pro-Level Color Grading:
  Enhance every frame with professional color balance, tone, and LUTs that match Arkan's cinematic style.
• Trend Mastery:
  Stay ahead of visual and audio trends editing with style, rhythm, and relevance to what's hot right now.
• Creative
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with photographers, copywriters, and strategists to ensure the visuals amplify the idea, not just show it.
• Sound Design & Sync:
  Match beats, transitions, and dialogue with precision because great audio makes great video.
• Fast Execution:
  Work in a startup rhythm, edit fast, iterate faster, and always look for ways to make the next version better.

• Experience:
  
  Proven experience editing short-form and cinematic content (show us your best Reels, Tik Toks, or campaign edits).
• Editing Tools:
  Advanced in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut and confident in color grading and LUT application.
• Eye for Aesthetics:
  You understand composition, lighting, and movement not just effects.
• Trend-Smart:
  You know what performs, why it performs, and how to recreate the vibe while keeping it fresh.
• Cinematic Vision:
  You think like a director and edit like a storyteller.
• Speed & Adaptability:
  You can take feedback, pivot fast, and deliver edits that evolve with each round.
• Bonus:
  Motion graphics, basic sound mixing, or after-effects experience.
