We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Wedding Planner and Coordinator to join our team in Doha. As a leading event planning company, we specialize in creating unforgettable weddings for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for weddings, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

• Meet with clients to discuss their vision for their wedding and determine their budget
• Research and recommend vendors and venues that fit within the client's budget and preferences
• Negotiate contracts with vendors on behalf of the client
• Create detailed timelines and schedules for each aspect of the wedding
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure all details are in place leading up to the wedding day
• Oversee all aspects of the wedding day, including set‑up, decorations, catering, transportation, etc.
• Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during the planning process or on the wedding day
• Maintain communication with the client throughout the planning process to ensure their vision is being executed successfully

• Must be fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
• Previous experience as a wedding planner or coordinator is preferred but not required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
  Knowledge of local vendors, venues, and customs in Doha is an advantage
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Bachelor's degree in event management or related field is preferred

This is a contract position with an initial duration of 6 months. The successful candidate will receive a salary of $1200 per month along with accommodation provided by the company.
