Arabiis looking for a hands-on Podcast Producer to support the content department across the development and execution of shows.
This role sits between creative and production. You will help shape ideas, maintain quality across scripts and episodes, and oversee delivery from concept to publish.
This is not a passive role. You are expected to be involved in details across scripting, editing, publishing, and social outputs.
Key Responsibilities Content Development- Source podcast ideas aligned with iHeart
Arabi’s direction - Contribute to show formats, episode structures, and segment ideas
- Work closely with hosts and writers to refine content
- Work closely with partners, suppliers, and talents
- Review scripts in Arabic for language, editorial adherence, clarity, tone, and flow
- Ensure consistency across episodes and formats
- Maintain quality control on all written content
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
- Track episode progress from recording to final delivery
- Ensure timelines are met without compromising quality
- Oversee audio and video editing, sound design, and final exports
- Review trailers, promos, and host reads
- Ensure all content is ready for publishing across platforms
- Work with social teams on cutdowns and content adaptation
- Ensure episodes translate well into short-form content
- Support publishing workflows where needed
- Bilingual:
Arabic and English (spoken and written) - Regular podcast listener with strong awareness of formats and content trends
- Strong Arabic writing and creative ability
- Experience in podcast or long-form content
- Understanding of podcast production workflows
- Skilled in audio-video editing
- Strong understanding of social media content development and execution
- Comfortable reviewing edits, subtitles, and final outputs
- Hands-on and detail-oriented
- Based in Qatar or willing to relocate
- Great communication and presentation skills
- Good technical knowledge of production software
- Great team player, with a positive can-do attitude
- Not role-limited. Willing to work across tasks when needed
- Able to move between creative thinking and execution
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, startup environment
- Background in media or storytelling
- Understanding of You Tube and audio platforms
- Experience working with talent
- Vendor coordination experience
- Experience in branded content or commercial integrations
- Experience working on regional or GCC-focused content
- Basic understanding of audience analytics
- Experience in video formats beyond audio
