We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Wedding Planner to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Wedding Planner, you will coordinate and execute all aspects of weddings, from initial consultations with clients to overseeing the event on the day. Your main goal is to ensure that every wedding is flawless and unforgettable for the couple and their guests.

• Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision and budget
• Provide recommendations for venues, vendors, and other wedding‑related services
• Create detailed timelines, budgets, and contracts for each wedding
• Collaborate with vendors to coordinate all aspects of the wedding day
• Oversee setup, decorations, and overall flow of the event on the day of the wedding
• Manage any issues or emergencies that may arise during the event

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple weddings at once
• Creative thinking and problem‑solving abilities
• Previous experience in event planning or customer service preferred
• Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus

This is a full‑time position with free visa and ticket provided. The role is open to both men and women who have a passion for creating beautiful weddings.
