The café-gallery will also provide catering and other premium services for private and business clients.

This full-time, on-site role of Head Pastry Chef is based in Doha, Qatar. The Head Pastry Chef will oversee daily operations in the pastry kitchen, prepare high-quality pastries, cakes, and desserts, and manage a team of pastry chefs. Responsibilities include perfecting recipes, ensuring adherence to food safety standards, maintaining inventory, and collaborating with the creative team to design innovative pastry concepts, reflective of the Dinara Kasko brand.

The role requires a mix of leadership and technical expertise to uphold and further the café-gallery’s global reputation for excellence.

• Experience in Bakery, Food Preparation, and Baking
• Proficiency in Cooking and Advanced Culinary Skills specific to pastry
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
• Proven creativity in pastry design and development
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
• Formal training in culinary arts or pastry making is preferred
• Previous experience in a leadership role within an upscale pastry or dessert-focused establishment
