Wedding Planner Assistant (English Speaking) – Doha, Qatar

We are in search of a motivated and detail-oriented Wedding Planner Assistant to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Wedding Planner Assistant, you will work closely with our lead wedding planner to help plan and execute weddings for our clients.

• Assist lead wedding planner with all aspects of wedding planning, including venue scouting, vendor coordination, budget management, and timeline creation.
• Communicate regularly with clients to ensure their vision is being accurately represented in the planning process.
• Attend client meetings and take detailed notes to ensure all client requests are properly documented.
• Help manage RSVPs and guest lists for weddings.
• Assist in creating and distributing event timelines for vendors and clients.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services for weddings.
• Participate in on‑site setup and breakdown of weddings as needed.
• Maintain a strong understanding of current wedding trends and industry best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in event planning or related field preferred.
• 1+ years experience in event planning or customer service role preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of local venues, vendors, and resources in Doha preferred.
• Passion for weddings and events.
