Wedding Planner

We are seeking a talented and experienced Wedding Planner to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing all aspects of weddings, from initial consultations with clients to the final event. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and preferences for their special day, and use your creativity and organizational skills to bring their dream wedding to life.

• Meet with clients to discuss wedding details, including budget, theme, and desired services
• Source and negotiate with vendors for venue, equipment rentals, catering, decorations, etc.
• Create detailed timelines and schedules for the wedding
• Provide recommendations for vendors based on client preferences and budget
• Oversee all aspects of the wedding day, including setup, coordination of vendors, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise
• Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the planning process
• Conduct post-event follow-up with clients to ensure their satisfaction

• Proven experience as a Wedding Planner or in a related role
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of local vendors and venues in Doha is preferred
• Fluent in English (Malayalam or Arabic is a plus)
• Experience working with international clients is preferred

This position is on a contract basis without accommodation provided. However, we offer free visa sponsorship and airfare for international candidates.
