Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Develop visual materials graphics presentation boards digital screens signage and interactive content for projects
• Develop and maintain project visual identities in line with client requirements and institutional standards
• Design high-quality graphics and content for exhibitions and interactive spaces
• Create engaging and easy-to-understand infographics for presenting data and information
• Design professional marketing materials presentations and pitch decks
• Coordinate with architectural interior design UX and technical teams to ensure visual integration
• Prepare accurate print-ready artwork and production files according to technical specifications
• Design digital screens and interactive content for exhibitions and project environments
• Review visual materials submitted by vendors suppliers or contractors and ensure compliance with approved designs
• Ensure consistency with approved visual identity branding and design standards across all project outputs
• Manage design revisions and incorporate feedback efficiently
• Support project teams with visual materials for official meetings presentations and stakeholder engagements
• Coordinate with printing companies and production teams to ensure final output quality
• Monitor current graphic design and visual communication trends and apply relevant practices to projects

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a closely related field.

• Professional certifications or advanced training in Adobe Creative Suite are preferred.
• Training in UI/UX Design or Interactive Design is advantageous.
• 5–8+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Proven experience in exhibition projects, interactive spaces, digital content, or government projects.
• Experience developing visual identities and marketing/communication materials.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign.
• Familiarity with Adobe After Effects or interactive design tools is preferred.
• Experience designing digital content, interactive screens, and exhibition graphics.
• Strong experience preparing high-quality print-ready files.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary Design, Technical, UX, Architecture, and Interior Design teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience working under pressure and delivering within strict deadlines.
