We are seeking a Human Workflows & UX Designer to contribute to the development of intuitive, user-focused digital products in Doha, Qatar. This is a hands-on, product-focused design role for a creative professional who can transform complex workflows into simple, efficient, and intuitive user experiences.
The successful candidate will work closely with Product and Engineering teams to shape B2B SaaS products, data-driven interfaces, and AI-powered workflows supporting the energy and electrification sector. The role requires strong product thinking, collaboration, curiosity, and the ability to solve complex product challenges through thoughtful UX design.

Key Responsibilities- Design intuitive and user-focused experiences for complex workflows.
- Translate complex business and operational requirements into simple digital experiences.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Design experiences for B2B SaaS products and data-driven interfaces.
- Contribute to the design of AI-powered workflows and digital products.
- Apply human-centered design principles to solve real product problems.
- Develop and communicate design concepts, user flows, and interaction solutions.
- Use user and product insights to improve digital experiences.
- Contribute to product strategy and design decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective product experiences.
- Maintain a strong focus on usability, clarity, and overall user experience.
- Strong professional experience in UX Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, or a related field

- Experience solving complex workflows and translating them into intuitive user experiences.
- Strong understanding of human-centered design principles.
- Experience designing digital products, SaaS platforms, or data-driven interfaces.

- Experience with in the energy, electrification, or Energy Tech sector is advantageous.
