We are currently seeking a Wedding Planner Assistant to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Wedding Planner Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced wedding planners to help plan and execute weddings for our clients. This is a part-time position that does not require any previous experience, making it a great opportunity for those looking to gain experience in the wedding planning industry.

• Assist wedding planners with client consultations and meetings
• Research and source vendors and venues for weddings
• Help create and manage wedding budgets
• Assist with creating and organizing event timelines
• Attend and assist with wedding rehearsals and ceremonies
• Provide support on the day of the wedding, ensuring everything runs smoothly
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members
• Adhere to company standards and protocols at all times

• No previous experience required, but knowledge of event planning or hospitality industry is a plus
• Must be fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once
• Must be available to work on weekends or evenings as needed
• Indian nationality preferred but not required
