Job SummaryWe are seeking a Product Photographer to create high-quality images of furniture, electronics, and other products for our website, online listings, and social media platforms. The role involves preparing photo shoots, capturing product details accurately, and editing images to support marketing and sales.
Key Responsibilities- Photograph products in a studio, showroom, or other designated locations.
- Set up lighting, backgrounds, camera equipment, and product arrangements to produce clear, appealing images.
- Capture multiple angles, close-ups, and key features to help customers understand each product.
- Produce styled and lifestyle images that demonstrate how products can be used.
- Edit and retouch photographs, including color correction, cropping, background removal, and image resizing.
- Ensure images accurately represent product colors, materials, dimensions, and condition.
- Prepare images in the formats and sizes required for websites, online marketplaces, and social media.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and showroom teams to prioritize products and meet publishing deadlines.
- Maintain consistent visual standards across product categories.
- Organize and label image files for easy retrieval and reuse.
- Proven experience in product or commercial photography, supported by a relevant portfolio.
- Proficiency in DSLR or mirrorless cameras, lighting equipment, and studio setups.
- Proficiency in photo-editing software.
- Strong understanding of composition, lighting, color accuracy, and product styling.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple assignments.
- A diploma or degree in photography, visual arts, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience photographing furniture, electronics, reflective surfaces, and large products.
- Familiarity with photography requirements for e-commerce and social media.
- Basic video production skills for product demonstrations, reels, and short promotional content.
- Applicants should submit a portfolio showing product photography and examples of their editing work.
