Job Summary We are seeking a creative and dynamic Videographer / Photographer / Content Creator for an on-ground, field-based role to join our marketing and operations team in Doha. In this role, you will be on-site producing high-quality visual and written content to showcase our luxury properties, engage potential clients, and elevate our brand presence across social media platforms and property portals.

• On-Ground Media Production (Videography & Photography):
  Regularly visit properties across Doha to capture stunning, professional photography and high-definition video walkthroughs on-site.
• Video Editing & Content Creation:
  Edit engaging reels, Tik Toks, You Tube shorts, and property tour videos optimized for Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, and Eurostaffs.
• Content Strategy:
  Plan and execute a consistent social media content calendar aligned with our sales and marketing objectives.
• Copywriting:
  Write compelling property descriptions, captions, and ad copy for listings and digital campaigns.
• Trend Monitoring:
  Stay up-to-date with real estate marketing trends and social media algorithms to maximize audience reach and lead generation.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with the sales and leasing teams on-site to highlight featured properties and urgent listings.

• Experience:
  
  Proven experience as a Videographer, Photographer, and Content Creator (real estate industry experience in Qatar or GCC is a strong advantage).
• Work Style:
  Comfortable and ready for an active, on-ground / field-based role involving regular property visits across Doha.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficiency in professional cameras, lighting equipment, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, Cap Cut, Photoshop).
• Communication:
  Excellent command of English (Arabic language proficiency is a strong plus).
