Job Description
** About the Role
** We are looking for a creative and experienced
** Head of Video
** to lead our video production team in Doha. You will manage the full production cycle, from concept and scripting to shooting, editing and final delivery, and make sure every project meets high creative and technical standards.
** Key Responsibilities*** + Lead and manage the video production team, including videographers, editors, motion designers and freelancers. + Plan and oversee video projects from pre-production to post-production. + Develop creative concepts, scripts and storyboards in line with client or brand goals. + Direct shoots for corporate videos, commercials, social media content, events and documentaries. + Review and approve edits, color grading, sound design and motion graphics.
+ Manage production schedules, budgets, equipment and resources. + Coordinate with marketing, design and client teams to deliver on time. + Ensure content suits different platforms (social media, TV, web, events). + Maintain and upgrade production equipment and workflows. + Mentor team members and keep content quality consistent.
** Requirements*** + Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications or a related field. +
** 5+ years
** of video production experience, including
** 2+ years
** in a lead or supervisory role. + Strong portfolio or showreel of professional work. + Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro. + Hands-on experience with cameras, lighting, audio and production equipment. + Strong storytelling, creative direction and leadership skills. + Excellent project management, communication and time management. + Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects.
+ Knowledge of Arabic and English content is an advantage. + Experience in the Qatar/GCC market is preferred.
