We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team in the IT Services sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering positive relationships with clients. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and excellent communication skills to effectively address client inquiries and concerns. Responsibilities
  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our IT services and products.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information and support to customers.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system to track issues and improve service quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to upscale and resolve complex customer issues promptly.
  • Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services based on customer needs.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Contribute to the development of customer service policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Actively seek feedback from customers to improve service delivery and customer experience.

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the IT or technology sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.

  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is a plus.
