You will engage with prospective clients through various channels, conduct informative training sessions, and deliver exceptional product demonstrations. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high standard of customer service and support.
This position requires you to address customer inquiries and complaints efficiently while identifying opportunities for upselling and crossβselling. You will also manage compliance, maintain accurate records, and contribute to operational excellence by meeting key performance indicators. - Bachelorβs degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 3 yearsβ experience in customer service, specifically within fintech, digital wallets, or banking.
- Demonstrated experience in lead generation, cold calling, and scheduling client appointments.
- Proven ability to conduct client onboarding, training sessions, and product demonstrations.
- Essential bilingual communication skills for effective client engagement and support.
- Experience in handling and resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and preparing daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Familiarity with compliance procedures and privacy regulations in the financial sector.
- Multilingual capabilities beyond being bilingual.
- A strong, demonstrable passion for financial technology and innovation.
- Experience with CRM software for tracking customer interactions.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fastβpaced, teamβoriented environment.
- Flexibility to work in various shifts as required by the business.
