The Guest Relation Officer will serve as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring their needs are met and providing a high level of hospitality and service throughout their visit. The role focuses on creating a positive guest experience and maintaining client satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Welcome and assist guests upon arrival with courtesy and professionalism.
- Handle guest check-ins, inquiries, and complaints efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of facilities, promotions, and services.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly.
- Record and relay guest feedback to improve service quality.
- Provide information about the property, nearby attractions, and events.
- Ensure a professional appearance and positive demeanor at all times.
- Support front office operations and assist with guest documentation when needed.
- Experience:
1-2 years of relevant experience in hospitality or customer service. - Nationality:
Eastern Europe. - Personal Attributes:
Presentable, friendly, and proactive in guest engagement.
