About The Role:

We are currently recruiting for Front Desk Agent for Dhiafatina
- The Airport Hotel in Doha. As a Front Desk Agent, you are responsible for providing professional and customer-focused services to our guests at Oryx Airport Hotel. You will ensure that the guests have a memorable experience by attending to their needs with utmost professionalism and care. You will serve as the first point of contact for our guests and will handle their requests and complaints, registration and reservations.

You will provide information about hotel rooms, room rates and facilities. You will ensure that all check-out guest payments are balanced at the end of the shift.

You will provide prompt, courteous and efficient service to all guests to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction through personalized service from arrival until departure. You will personally greet and escort guests to their rooms to make them feel expected and welcomed.

Responsibilities
  • Provide professional and customer-focused service to guests from arrival to departure to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as the first point of contact, handle requests and complaints, and assist with registration and reservations.
  • Provide information about hotel rooms, rates and facilities.
  • Balance guest payments at the end of the shift for check-out.
Qualifications
  • Minimum High School Qualification
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English; good interpersonal skills; proficient in computer applications
  • Experience in a multi-cultural environment with strong attention to detail
  • Up to 2 years of job-related experience
  • Pleasing personality and willingness to work on shifts
  • Knowledge of Opera systems is a definite advantage
