Position: Quality Assistant
Department: FAHES
Location: Doha, Qatar
Job ObjectiveTo update reports in MOI, explanation of online inspection reports, handle incoming telephone calls and respond to various enquiries in order to provide clarity and direction to customers, in order to ensure that the customer service standards are maintained at all times.

- Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years' experience in sales and/or customer service
- Front office experience is desirable
- Communication skills
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Attention to details.
- Take initiatives
- Basic computer application skills
- English and Arabic are a must. Other languages are a plus
