Responsibilities

The Move One Relocation Consultant is the primary point of contact for the assignee during any destination service.

  • Communicate effectively and efficiently to all customers, assignees and/or vendors (i.e. realtors) and manage expectations - always be proactive;
  • Contact the assignee and clearly explaining the service to be provided and any related procedures and time lines;
  • Discuss and confirm service needs, interests and requirements with the assignee and establishing the “Service Key”;
  • Conduct orientation and home finding visits with assignees in the company, or own vehicle.
  • Maintain consistent contact with the assignee throughout the service;
  • Provide clear and timely updates and service reports to any local Move One clients for whom they are providing services;
  • Immediately notify the local Key Account Manager - Destination Services and/or their Destination Coordinator of any issues or challenges that may arise during a relocation service and documenting the issues/challenges in viaRELO, and placing the service on alert;
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge and awareness of their destination city by reading expat websites and publications;
  • Assist with any surveys or requests for relocation related information for their destination.
  • Provide excellent Customer Service to ensure customer issues are resolved.
  • Build long term relationships with all new customers, acting with integrity, building trust and credibility and ensure personal attention.
  • Demonstrate product/service knowledge to customers while building credibility.
  • Compliance with quality control standards, regulatory compliance, and lease agreements - when included in service delivery.
Qualifications
  • University degree is preferred
  • Service industry work experience is essential
  • Experience working in moving/relocation would be preferred
  • Must have lived in Doha for at least 12 months
  • Strong PC skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
