Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality customer service to passengers in accordance with Qatar Airways Group standards
  • Assist passengers throughout their airport journey, including guidance, information, and special assistance
  • Support mobility and accessibility services, including buggy operations where applicable
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and service recovery situations professionally
  • Coordinate with airport operations, security, and airline teams to ensure seamless passenger flow
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and service procedures at all times
  • Represent the Qatar Airways Group brand with professionalism, empathy, and cultural awareness

Ideal Profile
