Overview
As a Cruise Line Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests on board our cruise ships.
Responsibilities- Handle inquiries and resolve any issues related to bookings, onboard amenities, and other services.
- Promote and upsell various packages and excursions to enhance the guest experience.
- Assist with check‑ins and check‑outs and maintain accurate records of guest interactions.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Friendly demeanor and previous customer service experience.
