Position Overview

Customer Services Agent German and Spanish Speaker role in Doha, Qatar with Qatar Airways supports the 5-star contact centre by delivering high-quality customer assistance across multiple communication channels, ensuring exceptional service, sales support, and customer satisfaction for international customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound customer calls professionally and respond to enquiries across phone, email, and web chat
  • Sell, up-sell, and cross-sell Qatar Airways products and services
  • Create new reservations and modify existing bookings accurately
  • Provide correct fare quotations and process ticket issuance and re-issuance
  • Support multi-product services including e-commerce, trade, and frequent flyer programs
  • Process ticket refunds in line with company policies
  • Escalate complex queries to senior contact centre staff when required
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction through clear communication and problem resolution
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve service quality and sales targets
  • Adhere to shift schedules including night shifts as required
Ideal Profile
  • High school qualification with at least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Experience using GDS systems such as Amadeus preferred
  • IATA or airline tariff certification considered an advantage
  • Fluent in English and German and or Spanish or Italian
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer literate with good typing speed
  • Customer focused, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts in a fast-paced contact centre environment
