• Greet and welcome guests, creating a friendly and engaging environment while clearly explaining tour itineraries
• Accompany visitors to tour locations and communicate safety and emergency procedures
• Deliver accurate and interesting information about historical, cultural, educational, and tourist attractions in Qatar
• Monitor group behaviour to ensure compliance with safety rules and tour guidelines
• Respond to guest questions professionally and maintain a positive service-focused attitude
• Plan alternative activities in case of cancellations, closures, or weather-related changes and inform guests accordingly
• Prepare, assemble, and check required supplies and equipment before tour departure
• Ensure all tours operate in compliance with legal, safety, and quality standards
• Perform additional duties related to the role as assigned by the department

• High school or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong factual knowledge of Qatar's history, geography, growth, and development
• Ability to multitask with proficiency in MS Office
• Well-groomed, sociable, and comfortable working in a multicultural environment
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills
