• Provide face to face customer assistance at Discover Qatar desks at Hamad International Airport, representing the brand professionally
• Support transit tour bookings, hotel reservations, meet and greet services, and airport transfers in line with standard operating procedures
• Coordinate with airport staff and Discover Qatar teams to meet customer requirements and ensure smooth service delivery
• Assist passengers with special needs, including young travelers, elderly guests, and passengers with reduced mobility, in coordination with special handling teams
• Resolve minor customer complaints and offer suitable alternatives during flight disruptions affecting tours, hotels or transfers
• Escalate complex situations to senior team members through appropriate channels for timely resolution
• Maintain full awareness of health and safety requirements, reporting incidents, near misses and hazards as required
• Actively promote and sell Discover Qatar transit tours and services to meet assigned sales targets
• Upsell and cross-sell Discover Qatar products to maximise revenue opportunities
• Stay informed on current products, service inclusions, pricing and terms to ensure accurate sales transactions
• Perform sales reconciliation and prepar shift sales reports using booking and office systems

• High school qualification with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Excellent command of the English language
