Job Description
Work in the Telesales and Retentions function for Vodafone Qatar, carrying out telesales and retention activities such as migrating prepaid customers to postpaid, upgrading postpaid customers to a higher plan, and selling new Vodafone products including Giga Home, New postpaid, and New MBB connections.
The role is responsible for handling disconnection requests from postpaid customers and attempting to retain them by resolving their issues and/or providing relevant retention offers.
The role also handles multiple customer telesales tasks and activities with inbound and outbound calls, digital leads, trouble tickets, and customer complaints/escalations. It is an integral part of the COPS department.
Qualifications- High school diploma minimum.
- Experience in a contact center or telesales environment.
- Experience using CRM and MS Office tools.
- Excellent sales skills.
- Good knowledge of handsets and accessories.
