Front Office Executive – Female only (2 Months Contract)
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive with strong communication skills and solid experience in handling customer interactions within an office environment. The candidate should have a professional approach, good knowledge of MS Office, and experience in reception or guest relations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day to day customer interactions in a professional manner.
- Handle front desk and reception duties including greeting visitors and guests.
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, or in person.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and service requests.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Ensure a positive experience for all visitors and clients.
- Support administrative tasks using MS Office tools.
- Maintain office decorum and ensure smooth front office operations.
- Provide support to other departments for additional tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, reception, or guest relations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Professional appearance and strong customer handling skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible and willing to support cross functional team requirements.
- Valid Qatar (QID) is mandatory.
- Candidates available for immediate joining only will be considered.
- Experience in a corporate office or Aviation / Hospitality service industry environment.
- Positive attitude with a customer focused approach.
