Position: Mobile Money Complaint & Support Specialist

Vodafone in Doha is seeking a Call Centre Representative for their Mobile Money services. You will interact with customers, resolve complaints, and ensure documentation of issues. A bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of experience in call centers is preferred.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to quality service. Experience in banking or mobile wallet products is a plus.
