As a Cruise Line Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers on board the cruise ship. Your main duty will be to assist guests with any inquiries, complaints or requests they may have during their journey. You will also act as a liaison between guests and other departments on the ship, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
Additionally, you will be responsible for promoting and selling various services and packages offered by the cruise line.
The ideal candidate for this position should have excellent communication skills in English, as well as strong problem-solving abilities and a friendly demeanor. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
