Customer Service Rep
As a Cruise Line Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests on board our luxury cruise ships in Doha. Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries and complaints, assisting with check‑in and check‑out procedures and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests.
Requirements- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous customer service experience in the hospitality industry.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check‑in process.
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email or in person.
- Handle and resolve guest complaints efficiently and effectively.
- Provide information about onboard activities, amenities and services.
- Assist with luggage handling and escorting guests to their cabins.
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels and address any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Salary: $1300 per month plus bonuses based on performance.
City:
Doha.
Preference will be given to Indian candidates with previous cruise line or hospitality experience. However, candidates of all nationalities are welcome to apply. Fluency in English is essential for this role. No prior knowledge of Arabic is required.
