Spa Service Expert - Therapist; Preferably Male
Position Summary
Our Spa Specialists play an important role in supporting a number of vital Spa functions. At our hotels, these associates work to build an experience that is memorable and unique – with Spa services on the side. They take the initiative and deliver a wide range of services to ensure guests enjoy their experience.
The Spa Specialist manages transaction flow by promoting Spa services or retail, scheduling reservations and confirming appointments, providing answers about services, checking in guests, and processing payments. They help create a seamless and professional experience for guests.
All Spa Specialists are expected to maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, uphold quality standards, and ensure that uniform, personal appearance, and communications remain professional.
Key Responsibilities- Promote spa services or retail, schedule reservations, and confirm appointments.
- Provide accurate information about services, check in guests, and process payments.
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods; move across sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
- Manage reservation software, read and visually verify information.
- Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing no more than 10 pounds without assistance and 25 pounds with assistance; reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
- Perform any other reasonable job duties as requested.
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No license or certification required.
