Job Summary

Our Spa Specialists play an important role in support of a number of vital Spa functions. At our hotels these associates work to build an experience that is memorable and unique – with Spa services on the side. Our Spa Specialists take the initiative and deliver a wide range of services to make sure that guests enjoy their experience. They promote Spa services or retail, schedule reservations and confirm appointments, provide answers about services, check in guests, and process payments, making transactions feel part of the overall experience.

Success requires creating a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and ensuring uniform, personal appearance, and professional communications. Spa Specialists are on their feet, moving around (stand, sit, or walk for an extended time; moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces), managing reservation software, taking a hands‑on approach, moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects up to 10 lbs without assistance and up to 25 lbs with assistance;

reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Performing these duties well, and other reasonable job duties as requested, is critical for Spa Specialists to deliver the right experience for our guests and business every time.

  • Education:

    High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Related

    Work Experience:

  • Supervisory

    Experience:

    No supervisory experience.
  • License or Certification:
    None.
