Madre Integrated Engineering | Full time
We are looking for a customer‑focused and professional Visitor Services Staff to welcome and assist visitors, provide information, support ticketing and bookings, and ensure a positive visitor experience. The role involves managing visitor flow, enforcing gallery guidelines, assisting special‑needs visitors, and supporting events, educational programs, and other front‑of‑house operations.
Responsibilities- Greet and assist visitors with orientation, information, ticketing, and bookings.
- Manage crowds, queues, luggage, visitor numbers, and surveys.
- Enforce gallery rules and distribute visitor materials.
- Support events and education programs.
- School‑leaver qualification or above.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service or museum experience.
- Arabic and English communication is mandatory.
- First Aid certification is an advantage.
