Position
Cashier
Job ObjectiveTo provide registration services of vehicles as well as assist in the collection of fees, and printing of reports as per the defined instructions, in order to ensure that the customer service standards at Fahes are maintained at all times
Key Accountabilities- Customer Service
- Continuous Improvement
- Policies, Systems, Processes and Procedures
- Statements and Reports
- High school diploma or equivalent
1-3 years' experience in sales and/or customer service
Front office experience is desirable
Job Specific Skills- Communication skills
- Maths knowledge
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Attention to details.
- Take initiatives
- Basic computer application skills
- English and Arabic are a must. Other languages are a plus
