Cruise Line Customer Service Representative
OverviewProvide exceptional customer service to passengers aboard the ship, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and supporting onboard needs.
Responsibilities- Answer passenger inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Resolve guest complaints and escalations effectively.
- Assist passengers with onboard requests and services.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work and live on a cruise ship for extended periods.
Salary of 1800 per month, with accommodation and meals provided onboard. Position based in Doha, Qatar.
