Position: Delivery Executive at Al Abdulghani Motors

Responsibilities
  • Verify new vehicle delivery documents for correctness and completion.
  • Verify vehicle data matches SAP including vehicle correction, if any.
  • Verify delivery documents match physical information of new vehicles including color, model, etc.
  • Ensure that vehicle is ready for customer collection.
  • Arrange customer appointments and ensure efficient distribution of delivery schedule with the goal of customer satisfaction.
  • Obtain customer acceptance prior to vehicle registration.
  • Provide registration documents to VRIU Traffic Representative for vehicle registration.
  • After the vehicle is registered, verify the registration card matches the delivery documents and number plate physically.
  • Update registration data in SAP.
  • Perform Vehicle Handover and create SAP gate pass.
  • Issue warranty booklets.
  • Provide complete explanation of vehicle features to customers.
  • Ensure that all questions related to the new vehicle are well handled.
  • Report any vehicle fault to the Sales team immediately to communicate with the customer.
  • Hand over gate pass, key and AAM gifts to customer.
  • Capture vehicle photos (all sides) and ensure vehicle is scanned (Yard out to customer) via LMS app.
  • Ensure that all registration cards related to bank and in‑house deals are properly submitted to the Finance Department in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that all related delivery files and records (Conclusion, Finance, Scanned Delivery Documents, etc.) are accurately updated and maintained.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any business‑related field.
  • Strong Excel skills, including report creation and data tracking.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask across competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience, automotive industry exposure is a plus.
