As a Customer Service Representative for our cruise line in Doha you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our English‑speaking guests primarily from India. Your main duties will include responding to inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and social media as well as assisting with reservations and booking changes. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records of all interactions and provide timely and effective solutions to any issues that arise.
Qualifications- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Positive attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
Full‑time position based in Doha with a salary of $1500 per month. Working hours are flexible and may include evenings and weekends based on the cruise schedule.
Preferred Language SkillsPreference will be given to candidates who are fluent in Hindi or other Indian languages.
