McDonald’s Qatar is seeking a customer service representative to handle inbound calls in Arabic and English, resolve inquiries, and maintain high service standards. You will track cases, coordinate with restaurants, and escalate complex issues as needed.
Ideal candidates have strong communication, a focus on customer satisfaction, and the ability to work shifts in a fast-paced environment. English is required;
Arabic is a plus, and residency in Qatar is expected.
